some projects and my craft room
this is a quilt i've been working on. i still have to figure out how to bind it!
this is a onesie for rachel and baby. i've about got it finished now!it's much cuter with the ear sewn on!
and...as promised much much earlier, like months ago...my craft room!
it works for now! but now that it's finally in working order,we are, of course, moving! that's how it goes! hope you like it!

wreck update!
UPDATE!
yeah, we got in a wreck on the 27th of May...huge bummer. and i am just now finding the time to blog about it!!! :) why did i start this again? my cute cr-v was totaled and i was so sad, it's always worse when you weren't planning on buying a new car right? plus, we were so close to paying it off! sooooooo...here's the story:
Jarom and I were taking Ryan to his FIRST concert, Taking Back Sunday, our favorite. So we went to Wendy's (this will be important later) and i got some chicken nuggets with ranch, and a huge dr. pepper, and we were driving on a pretty busy street, did i mention we were in utah? (This explains the quality of driving!) Traffic is backed way up because it's around 5:00 and we are just driving along and this lady takes a blind left turn RIGHT IN FRONT OF US! Jarom slammed on the breaks and we slid for like 50 feet and smashed right into her side, head on, smashing in the whole front end of my car and sending the ranch dressing and dr. pepper flying everywhere, but mostly in my Hair!!! (see, i told you it would be important:) ) i had to go into some weird motel and ask the indian guy at the desk if they had a bathroom i could use to wash my hair out! and he says, "the bathroom is down those outside stairs, in the basement, second door on the left." how weird is that??? so anyway, jarom jumps out because he thought it was a guy and he starts yelling something and he takes this huge kick at our car (denting it), it was kinda funny! except for the part where our car was wrecked and we were going to miss the concert we spent $100 on!
so, i called my mom as soon as everything happened saying, "but we still want to go to the concert, can you bring us another car?" she thinks this is hilarious! but we deal with the cops and get my car towed and a somewhat still shaky jarom, stacy and ryan make it to the concert for Taking Back Sunday! We missed the 1st two bands but at least we didn't completely throw away our money! and Ryan got to go to his first concert (before he graduated) with a really cool story to go along with it!

this is my x ray. so i lost the curve in my neck, this is a fancy way of saying i got whiplash. those bones should be curving like a C but because the neck muscles are so tight that they are developing scar tissue, preventing the injury from healing. I have to use this thing called a posture pump, google it, it's really funny looking, but it's helping so i can't complain. i'll probably post a pic of that later if i remember :). it actually has to strap to my HEAD! hahaha.The following week we had to buy a new car. I got $100 less than I paid for my car back! Sweet, eh? It was a goood car! and since we are moving to st. george, and because we've always wanted one...i would like to present to you...
our jeep!
it's been really fun. we've been off-roading and it is sooo muddy and dirty! it's a 2001 jeep wrangler sport, red, with a soft top (if anyone knows anyone looking to get rid of a hard top that will work, let me know!). i actually cried the whole night after we brought it home, pathetic. i was so sad about my other car, but am recovering :)Friday, June 12, 2009

random post because i feel like it
i don't have much time to post anything because i'm at work but...A LOT has gone on in the past month. my partner in crime (rachel) left me here all alone at work...to actually WORK! it's been quite the adjustment. Yes, we have FOR SURE decided that we are moving to St. George. Mostly because it's warm all the time and fun and not here in Idaho Falls. PLUS: I won't have to work at the stupid Red Lion anymore! (yes jana and aaron, I will be taking your advice!:) ). Jarom and I got in a car wreck last week, totaling my car. SUPER SUCKY! I will post more on this later! ...It's kind of a big deal! p.s. no one was hurt, except I lost the curve in my neck so I will be spending a lot more time with the Chiropractor. goodie! Hopefully I will have some time later to expand on some things. xoxo
